Coach Circle is an online mentoring platform that connects young people with industry professionals to help inspire, educate and motivate them to achieve their full potential through 1-on-1 career coaching via video teleconference.
Individuals from high socio-economic backgrounds are often overrepresented in industries such as politics, finance, business, media, and law. Young people who do not have exposure to the right circles can often find themselves at a disadvantage when applying for jobs in these fields. Many young people are unaware of how well-suited they may be for particular careers simply because they have not had exposure to the industry.
Coach Circle intends to change this by ensuring all young people have access to academic and career mentors.
